02What battery chemistry do your home energy storage systems use?

Our residential battery systems use LiFePO4 battery chemistry. LiFePO4 batteries are widely selected for solar energy storage because of their safety, long cycle life, thermal stability, and suitability for daily charge and discharge applications.

03What is the capacity range of the Firefly low-voltage home battery system?

Our Firefly low-voltage system comes in 3.6kWh, 7.2kWh, 10.8kWh, and 14.4kWh configurations. It uses a modular stackable design and can be expanded by adding battery modules. This makes it suitable for residential solar battery storage and backup power applications.

04What is the capacity range of the Firefly Pro high-voltage system?

Our Firefly Pro high-voltage system includes H3 to H8 configurations, covering approximately 7.5kWh to 20kWh per single system. It is designed for higher-voltage residential solar storage applications and works with mainstream high-voltage hybrid inverters.

05What is Firefly Max designed for?

Firefly Max is our high-capacity residential LiFePO4 battery system. The Firefly Max-16K model provides about 16.179kWh nominal capacity and 14.561kWh usable capacity. It is designed for you when you need larger backup capacity, higher discharge power and a compact floor-standing battery solution.

06Can your batteries be used with solar systems?

Yes. Our home energy storage batteries are designed for lithium battery for solar system applications. They store solar power during generation hours and supply electricity when solar output is low, during peak electricity pricing periods, or during grid outages when matched with a suitable inverter system.

07Can your home energy storage system support off-grid use?

Yes, our battery can be used in off-grid or backup applications when it is matched with a compatible inverter and the full system design supports off-grid operation. For off-grid projects, please share the load profile, solar panel capacity, inverter model, location, and expected backup time so our team can help verify the configuration.

08Will the system switch to battery power during a grid outage?

When our battery is used with a compatible hybrid inverter or energy control system that supports backup mode, the system can provide power during grid outages. The actual switching behavior depends on the inverter, wiring, load type, and local electrical design.

09Can multiple battery modules or systems be connected in parallel?

Yes, our residential battery systems support expansion. Firefly models are modular, and Firefly Max supports parallel installation. The final expansion limit should be confirmed according to the specific model, inverter compatibility, and local installation design.

We provide 5+ years of free warranty support across our current models, with the exact term, coverage and conditions confirmed by product model and sales agreement. Firefly Max materials specify a 10-year warranty. We will provide the applicable warranty document before your order is finalized.

After the warranty period, we can continue to support you with technical diagnosis, spare parts and paid repair or maintenance options according to the product model and project situation. The applicable service terms follow the final contract and warranty document.

06How long is the lead time?

Lead time depends on product model, order quantity, customization level, certification documents, and shipping plan. Standard products are usually faster than OEM/ODM or project-based configurations. The exact schedule can be confirmed after order details are matched.

07How do you ship lithium batteries overseas?

Lithium battery shipping requires suitable packaging, documentation and transport arrangements. We can coordinate according to the product type, order quantity, destination and your shipping requirements. Sea freight is the most common option for many projects.
